ThindamRa is not responsible for the quality of food, hygiene, service standards, delivery, pricing accuracy, availability, or any disputes between customers and vendors. All transactions and services are solely between the customer and the vendor.
Payments made through ThindamRa are collected on behalf of the vendors. ThindamRa does not guarantee order fulfillment, delivery time, or service performance.
Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual vendors. ThindamRa does not process or guarantee refunds unless explicitly stated.
Users agree not to misuse the platform, post false information, or attempt to harm vendors or the platform in any way.
ThindamRa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the platform or vendor services.
